Ways to be Healthy

These days fast food and video ganes are changing are outdoor activity levels. some ways to get active include spending sixty minutes a day being active (play 60), eating right, taking walks, and riding your bike when it is a nice day. I don't know about your family, but mine works out together three times a week. Just a couple days ago, I did a mile on the eliptical macine, the treadmill, and did fifteen reps on all of the machines.
